Top Two Green Smoothies
So this YouTube video is about my favourite Green smoothies. In fact these are my top two favourite green smoothies! They are super quick and super healthy and have loads of nutrients! Win WIn!
I am always trying to find new and exciting flavours to spice up my meals. I am of the belief system that food is a pleasure that can be enjoyed 3 times a day plus snacks! People too often have a love hate relationship with food and associate the terms ‘healthy’ and ‘food’ as a synonym for tasteless, uninspired and unappetising food.
This need not be the case and these smoothies although green have inoffensive flavour (as stated in the video) and hopefully will restore your faith in nutritious breakfasts smoothies. I say breakfast smoothies but they can be enjoyed at anytime of the day. Some people argue that the nutrients are easily absorbed by the body when consumed earlier in the day. This may be the case but that shouldn’t limit you or be a factor if you want a green smoothie at 6pm have a green smoothie at 6pm!
